Position: Korean Bilingual Advisor
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: P 80,000 - P 100,000
Location: E. Rodriquez, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Shifting

Requirements:
• Korean national can speak English WITH PERMANENT VISA
• High School or bachelor’s degree graduate are welcome to apply
• With or without customer service experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
• Assist Korean client concerns and inquiries through chat, phone and email
• Ensure to provide excellent and quality services to the clients based on the standardized • process procedures.
• Provide accurate and clear direction to the client concerns
• Document customer information
