Position: Korean Order Management Specialist

Requirements:
•Native Korean fluent in English
•Knowledgeable in SAP, ERP, Salesforce
•With experience as a CSR is a plus
•With experience in Order management
•Willing to work in Taguig City

Responsibilities:
•Process purchase orders submitted through ecommerce channels
•Provide invoice to clients upon products prices
•Maintaining records and orders updated and collect Logistics feedback
•Monitor purchase orders status, quotations, shipping dates, and billings
• Make sure that all the order process complies with the company procedures
•Lead Customer Care Department and provide coaching to provide excellent quality service
