Started Apple Inc. on April Fools’ Day

The three technology innovators (Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ron Wayne) signed the documents to form the Apple Computer Company on April 1, 1976. However, the company was not fully incorporated until January 3, 1977. Thirty years later, the company was renamed Apple Inc. and is no joke. In 2018, Apple Inc. became the country’s first trillion-dollar company.
